Terms and Conditions
Arrival Departure:
Arrival on the day of travel from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., should the times change on your part, we ask for brief information. The departure takes place on the day of travel until 10.30 a.m. other times by arrangement.
Payments:
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa or EC card to pay your hotel bill. The basis of the contract is exclusively the information, descriptions and conditions in our price list, which is valid on the day of booking. With your telephone or written registration you offer us the binding conclusion of a contract.
Cancellations:
Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. For arrangements and group trips, cancellations up to 1 month before arrival are free of charge, within one month the cancellation fee is 70% of the arrangement price. If a group arrives without prior cancellation of a room, the full package price must be paid! For individual bookings, cancellations up to 14 days in advance are free of charge, after that 50% of the price will be charged!
